“The Association has been established with the aims of promoting, enhancing and supporting Bruntsfield as an independent area of Edinburgh for the benefit of residents, businesses and visitors.”

Membership:
Membership is exclusive to businesses on Bruntsfield Place and the adjoining streets with an annual subscription of £100.

For this, members receive a listing in the relative directory for your business on this website, displaying your company logo, full contact details and links directly to your company website and links form your listing on the Street Map. Options also available for businesses without websites. (see below)

The annual subscription also includes the supply, installation and maintainance of hanging baskets during the summer months and a Christmas tree complete with lights over the festive season.

Members also benefit from future advertising to promote the website, bruntsfield and all participating businesses collectively.

Exclusive Member Only Access:
The site includes a “password protected Members only area, where relevant topics and issues can be viewed.

Bruntsfield Privilege Card:
The Bruntsfield Traders Association will soon be launching a 'Bruntsfield Privilege Card' and all members shall be invited to join. A quantity of these cards shall be distributed to all participating members to be given away to customers and encourage them to shop in Bruntsfield.

It is suggested that a 10% discount is offered by all participants, although this is encouraged as a standard it is not obligitory and members can always offer their own discounts (as well as or instead of the usual 10%).

Window stickers will soon be distributed to members of the Association and business participating with the Privilege Cards offer to identify them the passing public. and Cardholders will be encouranged to check the website for any offers thoughout the year.

No Website?:
Businesses without an existing website can opt for a full page, professionally designed advert displayed on this site for as long as they remain BTA member. Chameleon Design can offer BTA members a Full Page Advert (essentially a single page website) fully customised to the look and feel of your business for a one-off discounted rate of £100 Payable on approval of artwork. (This is additional to the yearly membership fee.)
